New Sunday-Morning Meditation Group

Sundays at 9 a.m., join us in the History Room for one-hour journeys into meditation, based on teachings of masters such as Dr. Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton and Gregg Braden.

Together we will learn how to prepare the mind for meditation. We will cover:

  • simple techniques for achieving focus and stilling the mind;
  • deep relaxation;
  • fundamentals of meditation for entering into stillness and deeper states of meditation.
