Sunday Morning Meditation

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Sunday, repeating indefinitely
Sundays at 9 a.m., join us in person or via Zoom for one-hour journeys into meditation, based on the teachings of masters such as Dr. Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton and Gregg Braden. Pramila will lead the journey.
Together we learn how to prepare the mind for meditation. We will cover:
- simple techniques for achieving focus and stilling the mind;
- deep relaxation;
- fundamentals of meditation for entering into stillness and deeper states of meditation.
