Pramila leads journeys into the science and art of meditation, 9 to 10 a.m. Sundays. with a study of master teachers such as Dr. Joe Dispenza, Greg Braden and Bruce Lipton. Join us in learning deep relaxation techniques and processes for deepening your meditation practice. Healing and Wholeness

Wednesdays, July 15-August 26, 7-8 p.m. — Our next SEE class, Health and Wholeness, will be offered twice daily on Wednesdays: at 11:30 a.m. and at 7 p.m. We are also able to hold it at church but with a 10-person limit and practicing social distancing. Unity of Omaha’s Little Free Pantry

Did you know we have a Little Free Pantry? It provides food for local families who are food insufficient. Currently, we are filling the pantry two days a week. With your donations of food or money, we can fill it more often. Bring your food donations or monetary contributions each Sunday to be blessed during the Walk of Abundance for those in need.
