First Floor Design
- Entrance that gives an open view of the interior of the church and will make it easier for visitors to find their way around.
- More natural light being brought into the interior.
- A much more comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Natural lighting allows the church to use less electricity.
- The fellowship hall is made larger with a larger kitchen and larger pantry spaces.
- A lift to provide access to the second floor.
- Improved exiting in case of an emergency

- Up to 149 parking stalls capable in the parking lot.
- Increased landscaping.
- Using trees to create a barrier between the commercial buildings to the south.
- Planting trees on the south property line will help shade the building.
- Improved storm water removal and site lighting required by codes.

We as a church family have much to do to get prepared for any demolition and remodeling, there are closets full of items that need to be sorted organized and some to be released. There are rooms to be relocated and many many more things for us to do in preparation for the contractors to begin. Watch this site and listen for announcements for Labor of Love days where you will be encouraged to take part in the prep of our property.
This time line will be a fluid document that we will keep updated as the variables change. Our project just like any other will depend on weather, government permits and inspections. With so many hands in the process please understand these targets are estimates and not guarantees.

What will it take to bring about these changes?
The investment of our congregation in emotional, financial and spiritual support.
If you have questions, you are welcome to contact the Renovation team via the Your Voice email address. One of the team members will follow up with you a soon as possible.
We are anticipating a budget of 1,325,000.00, that amount will allow for some minor modifications or additions.
We are blessed to have the majority of this amount in our building fund. Our vision is to raise as much of the balance as possible and only revert to a mortgage if we have no other choice and then only for the balance needed to complete the project.
