Board Notes - April 15, 2008

Barry reported that the Mission Centered approach to our Ministry is moving along as planned. There will be a training on Holocracy on May 20th. Sacred Secrets study groups have started and the Wednesday study will start this week. Barry will be on vacation during the annual meeting so he will prepare a power point presentation. Terry McBride will be in Service that Sunday and Linda Martella-Whitset will do the service on the 11th, Barry will platform for her.

The Treasurer’s report was accepted with only 2 minor revisions to account names. We did not use UBS money again last month.

The Board discussed bringing Bruce back for a thank you celebration in his honor for all of his work with us here. Mike McClellen was voted in to replace Bruce’s term on the Board and Martha was voted to move from alternate to Board member until the Annual Meeting.

Bids were given to paint the building and it will be taken to the congregation at the annual meeting.

We are moving forward to recover funds from the Dodge street property and the HVAC concerns.
